Sweet treasures from the sea – sweet pearls & shells

There’s something timeless about the ocean, the shimmer of sunlight on the waves, the calm rhythm of the tide, and the mystery of treasures hidden beneath the surface. That’s what inspired my latest creation: edible chocolate pearls and seashells, handcrafted with love and a touch of seaside whimsy.

Each piece is made from our signature chocolate cake layered with dark chocolate ganache, moulded into delicate shapes, dipped in creamy white chocolate, and finished with a soft pearlescent glow. The pearls themselves are bite-sized spheres, elegant, minimal, and just a little bit magical.

They make beautiful additions to wedding sweet tables, seaside celebration desserts, or as unique decorations for ocean or summer-themed cakes. Imagine a soft coastal palette of ivory, champagne and seafoam, with these edible treasures scattered among your confections.
