Wairarapa Wedding Toscana Style

Jess Manthey from Auburn Photography got local wedding and event professionals together to create an amazing photoshoot here in Wairarapa. We’ve been asked to make a small wedding cake in Toscana style. We made a real vanilla cake with mascarpone and mixed berries and covered it with textured fondant. Yes, it was fondant and it looked gorgeous!
