Our honey cake is a delicate, tender cake made with real honey in layers of honey cake and sour cream filling. Gently sweet and full of flavour, it has a mild caramelised honey note without being overly rich or sugary. Made from scratch at CakeLabNZ in Featherston, Wairarapa, our honey cake is available for weddings, birthdays and special celebrations across Wairarapa and Wellington.
