Thank you for choosing us for your cake needs! Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions:
1.Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse orders if there is insufficient time to fulfill them, if we are unable to accommodate your chosen design or flavor, or if we are on leave or off-duty.
2.Deposit & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order unless otherwise agreed. The remaining balance is due 1-2 weeks before the event, unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made via online bank transfer or cash.
3.Changes to Orders
You may make changes to your cake design or flavors up to one month before the event, unless otherwise agreed. This ensures we have enough time to plan and source ingredients and decorations.
4.Order Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, we will retain the non-refundable deposit. However, we are happy to provide any custom toppers or decorations that were ordered for the cake. If we cancel an order, we will issue a full refund.
5.Force Majeure
In the case of uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., weather disasters or lockdowns), your deposit will be credited toward a future order or the event can be postponed.
6.Cake Care
Your cake must be kept chilled at all times, except for a maximum of 2-4 hours when displayed. If the cake is out, please keep it in the shade to avoid damage.
7.Cake Collection & Delivery
If you choose to pick up your cake, you are responsible for timely collection and transportation. We are not liable for any damages once the cake has left our premises. For wedding cakes, we offer delivery for an additional fee. We strongly recommend using our delivery service.
8.Dietary Requirements
We are happy to accommodate some dietary needs but cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur due to shared kitchen space.
9.Last-Minute Changes
Any last-minute orders or changes may incur additional charges. Please notify us in advance to avoid any extra fees.
10.Photographs & Promotion
We reserve the right to take photos of our cakes and use them for promotional purposes. You are welcome to take photos of your cake, but if posted publicly, credit must be given to us. Cakes cannot be used for commercial purposes without permission.
11.Quality & Satisfaction
We are committed to quality, but once the cake has left our premises, we are not responsible for damages, delivery issues, or other uncontrollable factors.
12.Agreement
