I always try new technics and recipes, never stop learning. Follow popular international artists, bakers and pastry chefs to get inspiration. Combine the knowledge to create something different for my customers. Something they will fall in love with and would like to order again.
I don't follow the cake fashion blindly, again it's more important to make a cake delicious combining flavours and textures. However, I call myself a cake artist and enjoy creating new designs following my inspiration and of course the customer's preferences.
