I'm experienced baker, commis chef and a cake artist. I've always been into creating something special out of simple things. Along with my passion for food, it inspired me to start CakeLabNZ in 2018.
Perfectionism is a big part of my work, it's important when you offer a product to people - to make it perfect inside and outside. This is why I prefer to make all fillings and decorations from scratch, use high quality and natural ingredients.
